Fold fabric in half–right side out print facing you&lt;br /&gt;Top of fabric should be 18" across–sides 23" long&lt;br /&gt;2. Fold over the 23" so it will measure top 9" sides 23"&lt;br /&gt;3. Pin pattern to fabric&lt;br /&gt;4. Match up fold lines&lt;br /&gt;5. Cut out fabric&lt;br /&gt;Open fabric turn wrong side out&lt;br /&gt;Pin each side together from under arm to bottom of hem&lt;br /&gt;Now sew pinned sides&lt;br /&gt;6. Unpin fabric&lt;br /&gt;Turn fabric right side out&lt;br /&gt;Press with iron on cotton setting–this makes seams nice and flat&lt;br /&gt;7. Now fold in raw edges of arm holes 1/16 of an inch&lt;br /&gt;Press with iron&lt;br /&gt;Fold again this time 1/8 of an inch&lt;br /&gt;Press with iron&lt;br /&gt;Pin in place and sew&lt;br /&gt;8. Lay open the top of dress on your ironing board&lt;br /&gt;Fold over top of dress (the neckline) ½ inch and iron&lt;br /&gt;Then fold again this time 1 inch and iron&lt;br /&gt;Now pin bottom of fold to dress and sew at folded edge&lt;br /&gt;Repeat on other side of dress top (neckline)&lt;br /&gt;This makes 2 pockets to pull your ribbon through&lt;br /&gt;10. Now with a safety pin pull ribbon through neckline pocket&lt;br /&gt;11.
